Rev. Christopher B. Moore, Pastor Pastor Christopher B Moore Rev. Christopher B Moore is the founder and Pastor of The Pavilion of Joy (TPOJ) in Chester, Virginia. With more than 20 years in the ministry, Pastor Moore is dedicated to delivering the good news of Jesus Christ to all people from different walks of life and winning souls for the Kingdom of God. A native of Lynchburg, Virginia, Pastor Moore has a Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Inter-disciplinary Studies from Virginia State University. He has study at the Samuel Dewitt School of Theology at Virginia Union University, Union Presbyterian University, and Rehoboth School of Ministry, Chesterfield County, Virginia.  He specializes in working with youth, healing and restoring broken homes, and preaching deliverance to the captives. Pastor Moore currently is employed as a Youth Development Specialist,  and he heads his own consulting and training business, 'Creative Preventions Alternatives' where he facilitates and conducts training with adults and youth.  A much sought-after leader and speaker, Pastor Moore is known for his realistic approach to the Bible and has encouraged thousands to pursue a personal relationship with God. Rev. Moore and his wife, Lois have three adult children, one son in-law, and two grandchildren. Pastor and Sis. Moore lives in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Rev. Denwood Barksdale, Assistant Pastor Assistant Pastor Rev. Denwood Barksdale Rev. Denwood Barksdale is the Assistant Pastor of The Pavilion of Joy, where he also serves as a Sunday School Teacher, member of the Praise Team, and a Trustee Board member. He is the author of a handbook, "The College Bound Program", and he has written several articles and poems that have appeared in various publications. He is a mentor to many. He has been married for twenty-eight plus years, and he is the proud father of a daughter, who recently graduated from the University of Virginia. He is the recipient of numerous nationally awards and honors; but above all his most esteemed degree is his BA Degree (Born Again)! Assistant Pastor Barksdale is all about higher learning of Jesus Christ! He has a love and passion for winning souls for the Lord. Queen Saunders is the Associate Minister at The Pavilion of Joy. She was educated in the Petersburg School Systems and also attended John Tyler Community College in Chester, Virginia. Minister Saunders was called by God to teach and preach His holy word! On October 4, 1998 she was ordained and licensed to preach at The Full Gospel of Christ Fellowship in Richmond, Virginia. Associate Minister, Queen Saunders is blessed to have a son and 3 grandchildren that she loves very much. She is a sanctified woman of God & loves to worship and praise the Lord. Through all her trials and tribulations God has always been on her side, and she will serve the Lord until she dies!
